Col. James Pritzker, the ever-private billionaire and an heir to the Pritzker fortune, has come out in the open about his personal life.

In a memo to employees at the Pritzker Military Library and Tawani Enterprises, the retired Army lieutenant colonel and wealth management CEO said he is now living as a woman named Jennifer Natalya Pritzker.

7. Of course, Matrix fans know about Lana Wachowski.

The formerly named "Larry" who was transitioning during the filming of the Matrix Trilogy. It is no longer appropriate to call them the Wachowski Brothers.

The more who do this, the better. Gays have long since learned this. One can only be maligned as an "other" if one is perceived as a rare minority.

Heaven help us all if we out people against their will. But the more who do so voluntarily, the better for everybody.

Kudos to Chelsea Manning and Col. Pritzker for having the guts to do what they have done.
