I learned something interesting about Pfc Manning today!

Her mother is Welsh, and she spent part of her childhood in Wales.

Oh, the other thing? Not really any of my business, other than to know what name/pronoun to use if I discuss her (hasn't really come up much before in casual conversation, but the Welshness is kind of interesting!).
