a question on obamacare

I have been hoping for a way to get health care since I lost a job at 50 yrs old. I think the new law will help immensely but there is one question I hav`nt seen answered. If all the people that are poor are given subsidies under medicare where does the extra money to cover this come from?Medicare is already in trouble and cant last more than a decade without adjustment . Isn't this law going to exasperate the problem eventually?

And I believe a small new tax on high income earners.

It has nothing to do with Medicare. In fact, it actually helps Medicare by reducing medical costs.
