Is anyone familiar with the flag on the left?

[font color="navy" face="Verdana"]Equality House is replacing their usual LGBT flag (right) with this new one (left) and I've never seen it before.

The FB caption says: [font color="black" face="Arial"]

Over 5 months ago we raised our pride flag for the first time and though we are sad to retire our original today we are also excited to raise a new, vibrant representation of everything connected to this beautiful equality movement!!
(Bolding mine.)

[font color="navy" face="Verdana"]So far, I've been unable to find anything like it on line, hoping to learn about it. Anyone?

That looks like it incorporates the transgender pride flag color scheme with the rainbow motif.

The white blue and pink bars represent the "T" part of the LGBT, from what I gather. Though I've only seen all pink/blue/white flags and not the rainbow with the pink/blue/white before.

Here's a link to the transgender flag I was thinking of:

I think the flag on the left in your image is an attempt to merge the gay pride flag with the transgender pride flag.
