Damon Terrell is being charged with a Felony when he did nothing wrong... He currently sits in jail with no chance of bail... 5. What felony is he being charged with?

I checked CCAP and I don't see anything about his arrest. What I do see are a number of citations for disorderly conduct and obstructing an officer in the last several years. Almost all of these were dismissed. It looks to me like Damon has been a "thorn" in their side for some time and they are pissed off that their citations keep getting dismissed. So I think the capitol cops have singled him out as an activist and are planning to use spurious charges as an attempt to silence people. Look for more of this.
