Have they rescinded Henry Kissinger's Nobel Peace Prize ?

Many undeserving people, including President Obama and Henry Kissinger have received the Nobel Peace Prize.

The standard for the prize is not never ever taking the position that military action might ever be needed.

Is there a schedule?

Maybe Obama could put back all the nukes that were secured due to the work that earned him that award. Would that make everyone happy? Would that make the world a more peaceful place?

What exactly had he done at that point to deserve the award? That particular recognition seemed to be entirely due to him not being Bush versus any singular or combined accomplishments he had achieved at that time.
