I don't watch the cables anymore, but I'm assuming that's where it's coming from. Why is the governor of New Jersey in the limelight so much recently? His name sounds like a cookie--is that why?

(8,311 posts)And the fact he's speaking for Romney, who is a contender, a lot now. Wouldn't be surprised if he's angling to get the VP nod. Romney's too plastic to be a good debater, and the traditional role of the VP is to be the "attack dog", so to speak, so the nominee for president doesn't look so bad.
