3. This needs more attention. I've said many times on DU that the next shoe to fall is the

privatization of torture and rendition. Corporate fascism is the real enemy and most people are blind to the threat because Freedom of the Press is considered a joke by the US media.

By privatizing, is the government trying to circumvent the Bill of Rights and other protections that we have?

I'm asking a question for which I haven't the answer.

Perhaps someone else has kept up on the rulings and laws on this issue.
