Ginsburg, Gregory, and others who supported Bush all have shown up on MSNBC

complaining that this call for a vote by Congress makes the President and the country look week. The denizens of the Unitary Executive bay in outrage. I think it make us look strong. There is strength in the collective voice of the nation, not weakness. Dictators count on weakness from those they dominate. Contrary to popular belief here, we do not live in a dictatorship. Not even close. It is up to you as a voter and a constituent to lend your voice to the process now. This is a lesson in democracy that will be lost on many.

first of all no matter what Obama does, they would gripe. But the real issue is that they want to preserve unilateral decision making the next repuke that steals the office of POTUS.
