The Bush chicken hawks have come home to roost.

Iraq has turned into a training ground for Islamic terrorists, much larger than Osama Bin Laden's Afghanistan operation. They are now migrating to other countries in the Middle East, this time Syria, in attempts to create violence and overthrow the government. At the present time, they control most of the roads in and out of Damascus. Syria's leader, Assad, is like a cornered rat.

We are finally reaping what the great leader, Bush, had sown. Syria and Iraq are both controlled, to a large degree, by Iran and their Hezbollah soldiers. Just to put it in perspective, the Golan Heights of Israel are only 50 miles from Damascus, Syria. The terrorists are congregating in Damascus.

Bashar Assad wants the US to attack him. That is the only thing that might save him from the rampaging hoards at his doorstep. His people are fleeing his country in droves. So far, over 2 million have left his country and are possibly de-stabilizing the surrounding countries, simply by their numbers.

This is the result of Bush and Cheney and their chicken hawk followers. We are seeing the results of illegal invasions, lies by our government, and tens of thousands of people killed by the war-mongering chicken hawks. You can bet that the Senators and Congressmen are told more in their "classified" meetings.

maybe it IS in our interests to do something...but I feel sure that coming to the aid of the rebels isn't it, and neither is propping up Assad...

Maybe the best idea is to de-classify the classified stuff so the US can see just what a monumental cock-up our Excellent Adventure in Iraq was.

Maybe then we--including our masters and the MIC--will learn something.

...based on what I have read and gleaned from the news, but I would bet it is closer to the truth than anything we have heard from this hearing today?
