what to do about Syria and all the other things going on in the world, politically.
No matter what is chosen to so, people will suffer. And I do not envy those who have to decide what to do and when.
Today I am glad to be only a person in the world, suffering heartbreak.

(21,020 posts)the torment a person with that much responsibility/power has to deal with.
If he could have a crystal ball showing what would happen depending on the action taken...or not taken...it would probably be a little easier, but not by much.
Every action or inaction has a consequence. The trick is, I guess, deciding which consequence is more acceptable. No decision is going to get 100% approval anyway...
