the Livable Wage movement DOA because it would price American workers out of the market?
I ask this because in a non-DU conversation I was told Obama might press for a livable wage to win back the base but it struck me these two policies operating concurrently would gut the middle class.

The Obama administration is deliberately hiding this monstrosity from us, and they will attempt to fast-track it. Wonder what other gems are inside?

(114,904 posts)In fact, if the TPA fails- and it might very well in the House- the admin won't take the TPP to the Senate (only the Senate votes on the TPP.)
