Rickey Alan Reed was already on probation for the first incidenthe was caught on video breaking into the home of one of his church members in 2011, and police say he'd been accused of breaking into other homes to steal pain pills.

And notice he got off with a slap on the wrist last time he was convicted? These people get special treatment. If it were a low income African American person they would have gotten 5 years for the first offence. Bet he gets off again. All he has to do is mention Gawd.
