Kerry coming on Hayes' show also indicates that the Obama Admin is serious about military intervention in Syria but recognizes that it needs help from his allies on the Left. Finally, the WH is taking the Left seriously. That is also a big political change as the Left is often derided by the Powers-that-be. Now they are seeking our help.

Personally, I feel the situation in Syria is a Catch-22 for Obama and the USA. We're damned if we do and damned if we don't punish Assad. I favor waiting for the UN report before striking Syria. If their report is positive for Assad using chemical weapons, then we can go back to our allies and the world for support.
