He has as much chance of drawing my vote as a Hispanic, as a tightly coiled turd has of attracting me as a pretzel.

Bachmann is as loony and as poorly-informed as Palin. I don't think Mittens wants to make the same mistake as McCain.

If they do, you will see a Rubio or a McDonnell or some other perceived A lister. If they think they are toast you could see a Bachmann or a Santorum or some other loser thrown in there to crash and burn, but fleece a few more rubes on the way down.

If the money men smell toast early, they may sacrifice some T-baggers and sin-burners, either in rear-guard actions, or in controlling rogue marauders who could prove troublesome later - like the "personhood" squad.

On a public stage Romney would take a fatal hit from Obama on National Security and Foreign Policy questions. It is definitely his weakest point, and one that his campaign would likely try to address through a running mate selection.

IMHO the public is going to have doubts about Romney getting the 3am call and his finger on the nuclear button, if there is no one on the ticket to address this deficiency.

I see a Christie or Daniels type. They are every bit as bad as Bachmann but appear to be sane.
