Damn, what in Zimmerman's experience could possibly have led him to believe that ...

he could, with impunity, pull a gun to settle a dispute? I hope the jurors who decided to set that piece of human garbage free have a pleasant evening. His lawyers should sleep well tonight, as well.

matter of fact, Shellie had to walk back her initial statement that he had his hand on his gun.

Bracknell also stated that initially Shellie Zimmerman told officers that she had seen her husband touching his gun, but that she later told police she never actually saw the gun. The police chief said that, based on his understanding of Shellie Zimmerman's intentions, she will not be pressing charges at this time.
