What the HELL is it with George Z.? Are police afraid to detain him?

Can anyone even begin to imagine the SAME scenarios with another random guy, that does NOT end up cuffed in the back of a cop car, and then in a holding cell?

but the victims refused to press charges. In most areas, if the victim won't press charges, there's nothing the police can do. Some places if there are obvious signs of violence they can act on their own but, again, I don't know what Florida laws are in that regard.
