Graham apologizes to Obama for Christian comments

Has this been posted?? Haven't seen it....

Evangelist Franklin Graham has apologized to President Obama for questioning his Christian faith during a cable television news interview.

"I regret any comments I have ever made which may have cast any doubt on the personal faith of our president, Mr. Obama," Graham said in a statement.

Graham, the son of Billy Graham, also said: "I apologize to him and to any I have offended for not better articulating my reason for not supporting him in this election -- for his faith has nothing to do with my consideration of him as a candidate."

Religion News Service, which broke the story, noted that "more than a dozen members of a religious subgroup of the NAACP had accused Graham of 'bearing false witness' and fomenting racial discord."

Graham is still not taking responsibility for what he said. If he means it, he'd say "I was wrong." He's still weaseling. Apologies to weasels.

He's not sorry he said it, he's just sorry IF anybody was pissed off that he said it.

He should just go back to his tent and roll around on the sawdust floor with his snakes instead of involving himself in politics.

but to be fair he did also say " I regret my comments" not just "I'm sorry anyone was offended". Either way he's still a tool.

actually said something truthful. Of course it has nothing to do with faith. Faith to this dickhead is a racket. It has to do with him not wanting to pay his fair share.

What a lying sack of shit. My sharpest memory of Graham is when he and Sarah Palin went to the indigenous villages in Alaska that were starving and fuel-less that Palin wouldn't help and they PASSED OUT COOKIES.
