I haven't seen any reference to this in today's coverage of the tragic events of September 11. I wish the Bush administration had taken this threat seriously.

how would the world be different today if 9/11 never happened? If Bush paid some attention to this Presidential Briefing. If Gore would have been our President instead of Bush.
