The student in question is Georgetown law student and reproductive rights activist, Sandra Fluke who testified before the House Democratic Steering and Policy Committee to explain the obstacles female students face in acquiring birth control.

According to Limbballs if a women gets government subsidized birth control she is accepting money to have sex, ergo a prostitute. This is a guy who goes to Dominican Republic on sex vacations.
