Holy shit. I'll admit, I'm not a big Maher fan, he's an ultra-libertarian in the end. But damn, that was so good. Nye is a genius, he completely obliterated Maher in one phrase. As he was sitting down. I never would've expected that.
Note: Bill Maher is an anti-vaccine dude.
Note 2: I did enjoy Maher's set, but I think he left out the fact that Russia was boxed in by its support of Syria and taking it to the UN due to the US being forceful. He completely missed it. The blond lady pointed this out, indirectly, by saying Obama fell into a diplomatic solution. But Kerry put it out there, so it was probably an option to those creating the strategy. Kerry, in the end, being against intervention in Syria for years now (it's always been diplomatic for Kerry until he became SoC).
Note 3: Nye noting climate change in Boulder. Owned. God I love Bill Nye.
Note 4: Matt Tabbi is timid. I wish he spoke more. He had shit to say but didn't force his voice. Everything he said, for the most part, was great. First time I ever saw him on TV (I'm sure he's done TV spots before but I never caught them; I know I recognize his face but don't remember an interview in particular, sorry, not a huge TV viewer here). At the end with Nye he spoke the truth and pushed his voice out there. Totally amazing shit.
