Hey, at least they're being a bit more upfront about it!

Seriously, anyone who goes on the internet with all their personal details "out there" is asking for trouble. Corporations can and will exploit personal information for profit at any and every opportunity. They don't give a shit about people. They don't give a shit about privacy. They never have. They are not honorable and they just want to make MORE money. They bury all their caveats in miles of fine print and people, wanting to get where they want to go, click the "I Agree" box and move forward, when for all they know, they could be signing away their first-born!

The smaller your footprint on the net, the better, IMO. Make the basstids work for it!

to their features, and, during that upgrade, they require that everyone re-fiddle-with their privacy settings.

It's sort of, to my mind, like they run around the facebook playground, pulling everyone's pants down, and requiring the facebook users to notice the breeze on their hineys and readjust their business so they aren't letting their ass hang out there.

Any time you're using a third party -- the facebook, the email, Aunt Martha -- to talk to anyone, your stuff isn't truly private!

Anyone with a poor gag reflex might find themselves in Family Guy territory after watching that one!

... it took man to imagine pictures that were never there in the first place.

The "Y" is a particularly large stretch.
