Guy who threw firecrackers at White House is from Wisconsin...
The guy has some serious mental problems.
MILWAUKEE WISN 12 News has learned a Wisconsin man is now charged after allegedly throwing firecrackers at the White House, triggering a security scare there Monday.
He may also be connected to another high-profile incident at Milwaukee's federal courthouse a few weeks ago.
Last month that WISN 12 News showed the arrest of a man accused of painting graffiti across the front of the federal courthouse building.
Now, that same man is at the center of a security scare that led to a lockdown at the White House.
Secret Service agents rushed to arrest 52-year-old Alexander Sahagian late Monday outside the north lawn of the White House.
Witnesses said Sahagian tossed two firecrackers over the White House gate, and when they exploded, some witnesses said they sounded like gunfire, creating a scare hours after the shooting at the nearby Washington Naval Yard.
