On May 10, 2013 the Minneapolis Police Department chased down and killed 22 year old Terrance Franklin in uptown Minneapolis. Franklin had committed no crime, yet he was shot in the back of the head 5 times and in the back twice by Minneapolis police officer Lucas Peterson. The police version of events makes no sense. We fear a cover-up. The County Attorney Mike Freeman has refused to release the Medical Examiners report and autopsy to Terrance’s family.

The fight for justice for Terrance Franklin is not over. WE believe that Terrance was wrongfully killed and so we are going to continue to demand prosecution of the cops who killed him.

We are demanding a federal indictment of the cops. Stand with us as we continue to demand justice for and Celebrate the life and mourn the unfortunate passing of Terrance!

We don't trust or respect Mike Freeman or the Grand Jury's decision not to indict the cops. Shame on them!
