The conservative attorney and birther who called for a coup against President Barack Obama earlier this month has scheduled what he's describing as a "day of reckoning."
Larry Klayman wrote Monday in Renew America that he's established Nov. 19 as the date that Obama will be forced to answer for his "criminality" and "Muslim, socialist, anti-Semitic, anti-Christian, anti-white, pro-illegal immigrant, pro-radical gay and lesbian agenda."
Klayman said he hopes his supporters will "descend on Washington, D.C., en masse, and demand that [Obama] leave town and resign from office if he does not want to face prison time."
As he did earlier this month when he first floated his coup proposal, Klayman invoked the example of Egyptians toppling President Mohammed Morsi.

From Appeals Court Judge Mary Boyle, July 26,2012
{¶25} The issues raised by Klayman involve credibility assessments made by the magistrate. Klayman challenges these findings. The magistrate heard evidence from the childrens pediatrician who reported allegations of sexual abuse to children services, and from a social worker at children services who found that sexual abuse was indicated. Although the social workers finding was later changed to unsubstantiated when Klayman appealed, the magistrate explained that the supervisor who changed the social workers finding did not testify. The magistrate pointed out that he was obligated to make his own independent analysis based upon the parties and the evidence before him. In doing so, the magistrate found on more than one occasion act in a grossly inappropriate manner with the children. His conduct may not have been sexual in the sense that he intended to or did derive any sexual pleasure from it or that he intended his children would. That, however, does not mean that he did not engage in those acts or that his behavior was proper.
{¶26} The magistrate further found it significant that although Klayman denied any allegations of sexual abuse, he never denied that he did not engage in inappropriate behavior with the children. The magistrate further found it notable that Klayman, for all his breast beating about his innocence * * * scrupulously avoided being questioned by anyone from or from the Sheriffs Department about the allegations, and that he refused to answer any questions, repeatedly invoking his Fifth Amendment rights, about whether he inappropriately touched the children. Even more disturbing to the magistrate was the fact that Klayman would not even answer the simple question regarding what he thought inappropriate touching was. The magistrate stated that he could draw an adverse inference from Klaymans decision not to testify to these matters because it was a civil proceeding, not criminal.

* the Five Birther March - Klayman, Orly, Jerome Corsi and two homeless people who only came because Klayman said there was going to be food there.
* a line of paddy wagons a mile long to harvest up all the 'baggers because Klayman, citing his constitutional rights to "free association," refused to procure a free permit from the DC police department.
* a column of trucks bearing portapotties - thousands! of them - to serve the Klayman-estimated participants in this march
* a portable toilet company owner counting a huge stack of money and bragging about how wonderful working with Klayman is: "We sent out over 900 toilets and only had to clean two. But the one Larry used took a while to turn around...let's just say he's temporarily not full of shit."
* Larry Klayman getting his ass kicked by two homeless people after Orly quoted 2 Thessaloneans 3.10 (the verse that says anyone who won't work can't eat) to them when they saw the food and asked for a sandwich.
* Corsi being handed a ticket for wasting municipal resources, specifically the diesel and overtime pay needed to deploy eight hundred paddy wagons to arrest three people.
* and a letter from all of Klayman's supporters: "Dear Larry, sorry we had to miss your gala event but our new grandchild pooped in her diaper for the very first time and we had to fly from Sarasota to Seattle to see it."

(145,152 posts)Klayman just lost a case to Rachel Maddow and his client was ordered to pay Rachel's attorney fees http://wonkette.com/477763/its-a-good-thing-bradlee-dean-isnt-being-sexist-about-judge-who-awarded-rachel-maddow Klayman is upset with this ruling because the judge was obviously biased in that she was a woman and did not treat Klayman with the proper respect that Klayman thinks he is due:
Klayman spends about 175 paragraphs bitching that Judge Joan Zeldon called Maddows attorneys distinguished but did not call him distinguished. Like, seriously, so many paragraphs.
