Centerplate makes vooo cooo dollars from the contract they signed with the Giants (as with all the other teams and venues)..

Why don't the concession workers form a company and compete with Centerplate? Could even locally source instead of depending on the distribution system that Centerplate uses. Seems to me that is how I would go about it. Bid with Centerplate next time it comes up, for a collective and beat them.
