had thought about it. He answered that yes, he had, but added that it was not likely.

As everyone knows, no one can get close to the WH in this country if they are not willing to go war somewhere.

We are a war-mongering nation. Just as other countries were in the past. Empires cannot have leaders who don't want a war going on somewhere all the time.
