Just got an E-Mail from Rep. Paul Ryan.

He was part of an E-Mail bombing run I pulled on my states legeslators over Linda Sanchez's HR 3118 "Strengthening Social Security Act of 2013". He said this

As you may know, Representative Linda Sanchez introduced H.R. 3118 on September 17, 2013. This bill would change the benefit calculation for the formula the Social Security Administration (SSA) uses, change the way the SSA calculates the Cost of Living Adjustments, and phase out the current taxable cap of $113,700. It was referred to the House Committee on Ways and Means and the House Committee on Education and the Workforce on September 17, 2013. H.R. 3118 is currently pending in these committees.

It seems he knows what the bill does, however he skips the part where he says anything about how he was ordered by his masters to vote.
