Watching Rachel I taped last night...
Saw something rather disturbing.
A company called "USIS" ran the background checks to give security clearance not only to Edward Snowden, they also ran the background check on the DC Navy yard shooter, Aaron Alexis.
They totally botched both checks, and have a pattern of doing backgrounds sloppy and in volume.
