Are there any provisions in the Affordable Care Act that would help people

that are working and getting a good salary but still find it a hardship to pay their present premiums. They are making too much for very low premiums but are finding it difficult to keep the insurance they have. I have heard these people are going to have an increase in their premiums not a decrease. Am I wrong?

That sounds like fear-mongering to me.

Are you talking about people who are getting their insurance from their employer or privately?

anything other than learning to live within your means. You know - less fine dining, less extravagant vacations, more humble homes and means of transportation.
