Of course, that's the point of a dog whistle, that the target audience will get it but others won't -- but I want to be let in on it.

Your link is to pigs jumping into a pond. There's a popular misconception about lemmings committing mass suicide by running over the edge of a cliff -- see this section of the Wikipedia article about lemmings. The use of a cliff in the cartoon, plus the much greater cultural prominence of the lemming myth as compared with the Biblical story, lead me to conclude that there's no religious meaning at all.
