Tells me what they all tell me, best to go with you employers crappy plan(but still ACA compliant, barely), and if that falls short, try to get an exemption(most likely won't happen) to try the exchanges.

ON EDIT: Honestly, at this point, I think my only option is to move to Illinois and try to get Medicaid there, I'm poor enough, and its just across the river, but I can't really afford to move either.
