Any predictions on how the shutdown will affect our lives this coming week?

Obviously, the parks and recs will be closed down. But what about the airports?

2. I predict that General Aviation will not be impacted.

3. Airports won't be effected. Air Traffic Control is an "essential service", will be funded.

As well as USPS, National Weather Service, military, police, fire fighting, federal penal system.

10. from what I heard

Veteran benefits,Social security and SSI checks won't be affected. Those in active military won't there pay. However If you receive food
stamps you likely won't be able to get them during shutdown. People who get disability checks won't get them.

I am disabled american on SSI,Food stamps,and medicaid. I should be able to get my SSI for october but i probally won't have food
stamps to help me get food for the month.

But guess what republicans In congress still get their pay

Every person affected needs to blame all republicans In House and senate.
