The hasturd rule has to flushed away for good.

the requirement of a majority of a majority should be made illegal ..

there will be times when that works for us and at other times it will work against us.. but on the whole it will increase the odds of compromise.

Agree?

And that sometimes seems like the power of one.

Individual Senators put in the craziest blocks also.

Lots of institutional dysfunction to be had.
