If only they hadn't named it "The Debt Limit"

Since to the uninformed, "fiscally responsible" American it sure sounds like something that they should be against raising. I have to wonder, if they called it "paying the bills", would the wingnuts be so eager to jump off this cliff?

This is the budget debate. The debt ceiling is yet to come, expected around October 17.
