I have yet to hear a republican give any specifics as to what's so awful about Obamacare

I've read a lot of quotes about how it's the worst "bill" ever proposed in the history of the US, how it will put us back into recession, how it will cost jobs and break the Federal government.

But I haven't seen one of the dildos offer an explanation of how all these disasters are going to take place.

IMO, the ACA is a republican wet dream. It forces every American to buy health insurance, thereby creating 40 million new customers for the insurance companies. Why wouldn't any card carrying republican love this law? Because it was proposed by Obama is the only reason I can see.

I guess they hate the black guy more than they like the corporatists, banks and insurance companies that fund them.

Admittedly I don't go looking for republican talking points but I'd like to see a rational thoughtful explanation about why this thing will be such a disaster.

Misery and fear are a boon for the GOP.

Most Republicans hate facts. It hurts their little brains to remember them.

In their world education and intelligence are elitist.

What will emerge is the sort of state by state variation that we've seen in education and voting rights.

I find it hard to believe that a silver plan with equivalent care is really cheaper in NYC than in Wyoming. Or that a person under 100% of poverty is REQUIRED to 1) seek a job and 2) pay restitution for medicaid payments in WI but is not required to make such a search or restitution in other states.

Although I understand that states may vary somewhat with respect to risk and treatment costs, the lack of uniformity and equal protection across the country is very troubling.
