7-8 High school students just knockeded on the door holding out their bags

Bellevue East Chieftains are collecting canned goods for the food pantry!!!

work with them every day and most are really good kids. I work in inner city schools

If I had small children, I would encourage this with them as well. All that candy is not good for them anyway, it's the fun of dressing up and trick or treating. Kids love helping others, so it's a win win! I hope this idea spreads!

9. I will have to tell my young great grandson about that. He decided he was too old this year so did

not go. This would be a way to still have the fun and be grown up at the same time.

11. some hs kids did it up here in Coastal Oregon

We gave them some food and some candy

(they only asked for the canned goods, but good deeds should be encouraged).
