I got diverted and delayed overnight from a flight last month owing to a nut in Jacksonville who "said" he had an explosive device. He had no such thing but he ruined everyone's day.

Shooter has apparently been shot and secured.

Passengers apparently crashed out of the emergency exits onto the tarmac around terminals 2 and 3, so it is going to take some time to secure the area, screen passengers and restore operations.

Now all flights grounded.

Horseshoe drive in and out of LAX has been closed off.
