Nov 1 Bill Maher Show

Rob Reiner Neil Degrasse Tyson and Debbie Wasserman Schultz.

First separate guest Ann Coulter, Rob Lowe joined the panel later.

What I found outstanding was simply there were no contentious righties yelling over progressives before they finished speaking.

I think if you look at political talk shows of a generation ago, they had people form both sides, but it was civil, no the biggest loudest bully wins stuff. People took their turns.

say that because I just saw the Steve Leser vid on Hannity here on DU and it was like a room of unsupervised school children that have not yet acquired any manners.

We have become more dog eat dog in recent years. Political talk shows are sometimes a reflection of that.

I guess he likes to mainly keep his political views to himself.

I think it was great that it was a one sided panel. Maher needs to do more of those.

when Maher has someone like her or S.E. Cupp on his show; you can just hear the audience laughing at them whenever they say something. On one hand, I almost feel sorry for them for stepping into the Lion's Den, but on the other hand, they're getting paid and they seem to be taking it well, anyway.
