Want to know why the ACA is struggling? Look no further than the rethugs
It's no secret that the ACA hasn't enjoyed a particularly smooth rollout. But keep in mind that the GOP has dug in its heels, fighting tooth and nail against the ACA from the very beginning. Many GOP states have refused to participate in creating exchanges altogether, leaving it up to the federal government to do it for them. They have repeatedly tried to deny funding for the ACA.
At no point whatsoever has anyone in the GOP ever offered one idea or suggestion on how to improve the ACA. Instead, they've only been working for its delay and or destruction.
