Activity focused on one building, identified as James Hall. Police are now surrounding that building.

"Person of Interest" wearing a mask, kneepads, carrying a sword and a bag. Had a "gun" strapped to his body. Per eyewitnesses being interviewed live now. State Troopers arriving now.
