Dear Virginia DU'rs GOTV!!! Friend in Virginia? GET THEM TO VOTE! It's more than the Governor:

Voter turnout is critical for us here! We can do this!

It ain't over till it's over. I REALLY REALLY want Mark Herring to be the next Attorney General.

This is the alternative:

Really, here is Obenshain's bill:

http://leg1.state.va.us/cgi-bin/legp504.exe?091+ful+SB962+pdf <--- read it and vote.

When a fetal death occurs without medical attendance upon the mother at or after the delivery or abortion, the mother or someone acting on her behalf shall, within 24 hours, report the fetal death, location of the remains, and identity of the mother to the local or state police or sheriff's department of the city or county where the fetal death occurred. No one shall remove, destroy, or otherwise dispose of any remains without the express authorization of law-enforcement officials or the medical examiner. Any person violating the provisions of this subsection shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.

Pass this on far and wide!

is to turn back the assault on women in this state and to get Virginia to join the ACA exchange!

And yes, if we take all three offices, Virginia will join in the exchange.

I really believe in these last hours we can ensure that we elect an attorney general that will will work for this commonwealth.

We can turn this teabagging tide around -- and it could very well happen right here in Virginia.

Getting a (D) -- or three, or more -- elected is important right here and right now.

The only trashing I've seen are from people not from our commonwealth. This is who we have, and these are people who can get elected in Virginia, and I think they will do a fine job representing us.

So as a lawyer, if he didn't understand what he was proposing, he is incompetent at best (and therefore not well-qualified to be the Attorney General of Virginia). I think it's far more likely that he knew exactly what he was proposing with this bill. I follow the General Assembly every year and this bill stood out to me at the time as a clear example that we were entering a real-life version of "The Handmaid's Tale."

Meanwhile Obenshain and all the other GOP candidates (my incumbent delegate included) are whining that their bills/votes have been completely misrepresented. NO--it's just that they are all finally having a big bright spotlight shined on them.

Mark Herring is just a great all-around person and he will be a super AG.

You are very right on all accounts.

it's just that they are all finally having a big bright spotlight shined on them.
THIS IS TRUTH and it's about damn time that a spotlight reveals it for what it really is.
