that, plus his swarthy looks ensure he will be in the secondary search line EVERY SINGLE TIME he flies.

But really. What the fuck with revolution? What are these Yahoos suggesting? Armed insurrection? What?

Well as my name might imply I\'m a De Leonist. I\'m a Marxist-Syndicalist who believes in the necessity of Unions as the main weapon for working people to fight for their interests in the constant economic struggle and that hopefully one day it will be through Unions that working people will eventually be able to end capitalism and build a more humane society. I am no Democrat and no liberal. Though not hostile to many of the ideals of either.

Yes I'm no Democrat and I'm not Liberal but I'm not inherently hostile towards either as well. There are quite few issues that I and progressive liberals see eye to eye on. I describe myself in such a way because I'm trying to be honest. I'm a Marxist-Syndicalist, being such one of the issues closest to my beaty little red heart is class struggle, issues of poverty. Just to give you an idea of what kind of a Leftie your talking to I voted for Jill Stein and a host of other Liberal and sometimes Socialist candidates in my state in 2012. I have many common goals with Liberals and Democrats. What I've found tends to make me different from them is that I'm anti-market. Many Liberals and Democrats I have found tend to advocate a more humane capitalism, social democracy, or even Market Socialism. Quite frankly I believe Markets are getting to the point of becoming impractical for the majority of people in this world. Anyway, I'm here just doing what I can to help fan the flames of (hopefully peaceful) revolution and trying to find like minded individuals in my state.

not the messenger...

Revolution is "fundamental change...that takes place in a relatively short period"

Revolution is the positive response to the continued failure of "doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results"

Revolution in this context is radical change in the behavior of the masses of people… certainly doesn't need to be armed or violent… but it needs to take place if there is a future for upcoming generations

I think the most realistic picture is we'll see en mass strikes, protests, peaceful non-cooperation, a very vibrant and very loud counterculture. Also campaigns for new pro-worker laws and such. Will it be easy? No Will be bloodless? Well not exactly, I mean hell look at the 1960s Civil Rights movement. That was non-violent on the part of the protesters but it wasn't exactly bloodless. I advocate for revolution but not violence.

I was just saying yesterday………

"it" is in the air and the perceived problem is that "it" is difficult to define for some people… the NEED right now is to get all working people on the same page…
