Look, he took money that any state that was hit by a hurricane had a right to, and supposedly got love for it.
So, when he become president, and gets the REAL bribes, thrown by people like the Kochs, think he will stay loyal? Think the neo confederates running the GOP purse strings will not offer him more glory by denying NJ a rebuild, forcing it to become a red state in the area of NYC?
