Stephanie Miller opened her show with this Mediaite article accusing her of racism

Liberal Radio Hosts Mocks Racism in Tea Party with Tirade of African-American Stereotypes

Wow, Miller actually read parts of this article to open her show today!

Liberal radio host Stephanie Miller apparently thought she was being adorable and hilarious when she attempted to mock what she perceives to be racism among conservative opponents of President Barack Obama on Tuesday. Her method, however, consisted of suggesting that future black presidents will embrace “gangsta” stereotypes.

“When we look back in history not only will he be seen at a great President we will have had 20 more black presidents, and they will all be progressively blacker until every tea party head in the country explodes,” Miller began.

She said she hopes that future African-American presidents will be closer to rappers 50 Cent and Ludacris than Obama.

“I hope future State of the Unions start with ‘Sup, America,” Miller continued.

“Yeah, here comes the first lady,” she added after playing a Ludacris song in which he claims to want a “freak in the sheets.”

And of course, the Mediaite comments section is dominated with tone-deaf Fox News fans who don't understand the difference between Limbaugh and snark. But some comments did defend Miller:

If they don't listen to Stephanie Miller frequently they clearly don't understand her humor. Spoken words reduced to letters typed of a screen do not have the same impact they were intended to have. She's much more funny when you listen to her.....in my opinion.

I think she is hilarious. The author of this article doesn't get it. Stephanie was commenting on the reaction by the Tea Party of the fact that the USA elected a Black man into the White House.

These bozos move from Yahoo to USA Today to Facebook and Mediaite to spew their utter BS. Noah Rothman (who wrote the piece) is an idiot extraordinaire

William Edward Miller a New York politician. A Republican Party nominee for Vice President of the United States in the 1964 election.
I love her! Compared to Rush Limpbutt, who wouldn't know satire or irony if it hit him in the mouth knocking his cigar down his throat choking him to death, Stephanie is intelligent and insightful. There are no right wing political satirists worth a good damn. I love comedy and I would like to see good comedy from the other side. 'Truth is spoken in jest' is a truth in itself.
