Where is the list of risky behaviour warnings for this man?

1. Don't drive late at night.
Police like to rape white men late at night, so try to stay indoors after dusk.
2. Don't roll through stop signs.
Police pick you out for minor traffic violations, so don't commit any, ever.
3. Don't clench your buttocks.
Remember: "loose hamstrings mean no examinings"
4. Don't drive alone.
The police only seem to rape men who are alone in their vehicles. Always travel with a friend.

I don't see a single response, comment or mention of this type of thing anywhere. It's almost like we don't assign any responsibility to the victim for his rape at all.
