Hawaii - marriage equality vote coming soon despite heated chrisitianist stalling attempts...
in the state House a handful of opponents are trying to prevent a final vote by introducing amendment after amendment, up to 28 of them at this point. Meanwhile outside, the bussed in mob is getting angrier and more belligerent towards pro-equality people also outside the House. This morning security stepped in to keep the groups separated (to keep the christianists from bullying the pros that is) and gave flyers to all who entered the legislature describing allowed behavior.
when equality passes finally let's hope the christianists don't riot.
