Before October 2013 where were all these insurance companies with these

fabulous health care plans I read about everyday. When my employer liquidated in October 2012 our union found us a lousy group insurance plan with a $7500 maximum per insured out of pocket, a $350 per insured deductible and a 20% co-pay and it cost us $850 per insured person. Now I read about these Cadillac type plans that people are losing in the newspaper, on the TV and even here on DU. All of a sudden since October 1st we have people coming out of the woodwork with health care insurance they paid $160 a month for. They had no co-pays no deductibles, a low maximum out of pocket. I have heard nothing but how the health care system in this country was broken for 30 years now and all along we had these people in the shadows with all these fabulous plans. It's not logical!

They knew years ago exactly what they were going to do to people who paid them a lot of money for crap insurance.

They should refund all those people.
