The seasoned pro taught the snot-nosed young upstart with the big ego more than a few new things. Wiped his ass and changed his diaper and stuffed the dirty one down his throat. Showed him in no uncertain terms where the corner in the back of the room was and how to wear the waiting dunce cap there, that had "paul ryan" written on it.

It was like the kid not quite old enough for Little League who thought he was the big rough-n-tough bad-ass - who finally had to bounce the ball to Babe Ruth.

Hey little punk-ass - when Joe Biden was laughing at you, we were ALL laughing at you. As you deserve. Then AND now.

I was insanely nervous because of Obama's disastrous performance in the prior debate. I couldn't watch the Veep debate live because of plans, so in the middle of it, I texted my sister to find out how it was going. When she responded that Biden was "laughing at him the entire time," I knew I was in for a treat, and YouTube'd the debate as soon as I got home.

But I couldnt believe how many people said Ryan won the next day. The media really wanted Biden to lose and they tried their best to make him look like a bully.

I know that there is no one who should "presume" to be our nominee, but that option usually does go to the sitting VP. I don't understand all this tip toeing around Hillary and waiting to see if she decides to run. Why should Biden's decision rest upon hers - he's earned the right to run as much as she has, certainly has the qualifications to be our next President and he should not defer to her. Just my opinion as an avid Biden fan...

With just his simple, mocking smile he laid bare the fact that they were beating around the bush, without going into specifics.

Romney-Ryan's entire strategy hinged on not going into details of what they were about to do to the middle class and working poor.

Instead, all they were left with is "NOT Obama" which isn't exactly a great rallying cry for anyone other than their base.

If a shit debate performance could really make that much difference in this day and age (not including, perhaps, Nixon in 1960) we would have sworn in President Kerry in 2005.
