So What Was The Point Of "Killing Kennedy" On NatGeo?

It was like an abridged Cliff Notes version of the JFK presidency and that fatal day in Dallas. Totally lacking in depth and extremely superficial. History for those who can't sit still for over 2 hours.

At least it was fact based and didn't get into the idiotic CTs.

Is O'Leilly's book on which the TV show was based as bad?

I assume the point was to make him some more money and to perpetuate the party line about what happened in Dallas.

Anything based on what O'Reilly has written is bullshit. Talk about idiotic CT's....

3. There's a dramatic production too, starring Rob Lowe as JFK.

Also based on O'Leilly's book.

Don't expect to be treated to any new information about a subject so thoroughly picked over during the span of fifty years.

It's like the Gold Rush prospectors discovering that their claim isn't virgin ground.

Except every other channel between now and the anniversary.

Oh how I hate to see drama run on NatGeo.

Seems quite unwholesome.

Except for any docu dramas based on the Life of Darwin.

Do you realize how useful an abbreviation JFK has become when referring to the Kennedy Presidency in all its particulars?

long list of movies with "ing" phrases for titles.

Examples:

Deconstructing Harry
Deconstructing Harold Hill
Driving Miss Daisy
Delivering Milo
Digging to China
Drowning Mona

I decided not to watch "Killing Kennedy" because (1) it's based on O'Reilly's book, and (2) "ing" movie titles piss me off.
